1. What is coal gasifier?
Coal gas furnace is applied in gasifing non-naked coal, week binding coal, candle coal, old lignite coal etc. It uses mixture of air and steam to produce coal gas, it is widely used in heating furnace in industry of machinery, chemical, glass, building material, light industry, food etc.
2. Coal gasification theory:
Basic chemical reaction producer gas is made by the gasification agent, which is mixture of steam and air, goes through red-hot fixed bed. The oxygen and steam in the air react with the carbon in the fuel.
