Diesel Generator
The power range of D series diesel engine matched with generator set is from 20.6-44KW. In order to meet the needs for two different frequencies 50Hz and 60Hz of generator set, the rated speed can be either at 1500r/min or and 1800r/min. 495BD generator set is a modified version of Model 495B Diesel engine which has been awarded continuously the National Golden Medal prize thrice.
There are two kinds of air feeding of diesel engine, natural aspirated and turbocharger type, and the connecting dimensions of output end are in compliance with IMB34 international standard or SAE standard. This engine can be equipped additionally with temperature pressure, speed sensors and special design can be performed according to the customer's requirement.

Screw air compressor filters

Post-treatment equipment for air compressor
Our basic product includes pipeline filtration, oil remover, desiccant compressed air dryer, refrigerated compressed air dryer, PSA nitrogen generator and self-clean air filter. All these products are made to help decreasing the damages of industrial equipment. As the compressed air contains water vapor and dust, it's a big threaten to keep machine running. Without effective control of these air during the regularly working, plug valves worn, pipeline corrupted, equipment damaged by air leakage, sometimes even caused production stagnation. Broatek is aiming at solving these problems and help our client to saving cost on maintenance.
