WIND ENERGY GENERATION
The factory has many years' experience in developing blades for various types of wind energy generation systems. The varieties of blades are suitable to 50 KW-600KW wind energy generation systems and are made of composite materials, metal or wood. The factory has integrated aerodynamics, composite structures and precision processing to serve the vast number of wind power customers at home and abroad. It has accomplished the key project Development of the Wind Turbine Blades of 55kW Wind Energy Generation System under the national 7th 5-year plan and the 8th 5-year plan and won a second prize for science and technology progress in Hebei Province. It has also undertaken the key sci-tech project under the national 9th 5-year plan: Development of the Wind Turbine Blades of 600kW Wind Energy Generation System.
COMPOSITE MATERIALS
The blades for wind energy generation systems are mainly made of composite materials, so the structural design, product development, trial manufacture and series production of composite materials are within the capabilities of the factory. The factory has a strong technical team of composite materials, which includes designers, technologists and testers. Besides some of the staff were elaboratelv trained by foreign experts, the imported equipment is of the best quality and the working site is ideal. So the factory is more suitable for manufacturing new types of precise composite material products.
