Air Separation Plant

The large and medium-sized air separation plants are our main products. The ASP products designed and manufactured by our company have been in series with the maximum specification of 82, 000 m3/h. In the1990s the application of the new technologies such as the molecular-sieve pre-purification process with booster expander, the structured packing rectifying column and the argon producing without hydrogen etc. Has reached the world advanced level of the 1990s and takes leading position in China.

The large and medium-sized air separation plants produced by our company include: 20000m3/h, 30000 m3/h, 40000 m3/h, 50000 m3/h, 60000 m3/h, 80000 m3/h, and high purity nitrogen serial plants. In the 1990s, our company developed the international market and successively exported 1500m3/h, 3200m3/h, 4500m3/h, 6000m3/h, 15, 000m3/h ASP and several sets of cryogenic liquid plants with various specifications to the Indonesia, India, Philippines, Iran, Europe, Viet Nam, Turkish and Iraq etc.

In the new century, our company increased the exploitation of the large-scaled ASP products with internal compression process, and supplied several sets of large ASP with internal compression process, the pressure grade of 2.5-11.0Mpa and capacity of 20, 000---80, 000m3/h for the metallurgical and chemical industries.

Our company can also design and manufacture ASP products as per the customers' requirements, either to produce the liquid & gaseous oxygen, nitrogen and argon with one ASP or only produce single product such as the liquid or gaseous oxygen or nitrogen products with individual ASP.
