ABOUT OUR PRODUCT

Nature gas is mainly composed by CH4 which occupies almost 90% of total gas. The by-product of nature gas combustion(nitrogen oxide, HCHydrogen Carbonide and carbonic oxide) is much lower than the state standards and environmental friendly. The thermal transformation efficiency is 65%, same as LPG's and higher than coal's. The price of nature gas is lower than coal and petroleum in each unit of calorific value. Nature gas can be used in home application, electricity generation, industrial chemical and industrial fuel etc. It is a great substitution of coal and petroleum which can be used in civil coal gas, as nitrogenous fertiliser, as ethylene of naphtha, as the car engine fuel etc.

Requirements for Nature gas generator set:

1.Within 1m from pressure regulating valve of gas intake 

2. The ratio of CH₄ in nature gas ≥70%

3. Pressure of nature gas :80~200kpa ,rate of pressure change ≤1kpa/min .

4. H₂S≤20mg/Nm³

5. Moisture content ≤ 40g/Nm³

6. Impurity particle size ≤5um,impurity contect≤30mg/Nm³

Noted: If there is excessive sulphur and ammonia in the fuel, the pole of sparking plug would be seriously corroded.The increase of acid value will directly results in corrosion of the equipment with precipitates.
