Warranty:
We offer the free spare part with the generator together for 1000 hours using.12 months or 1000 running hours from shipment date. If the quality problem arise during the warranty period, and verified the problem is caused by our genset-body instead of external or natural reasons. (Refer to all kinds of natural disaster, shipping, loading, unloading, wrong-operation, etc), we will supply the relevant spare parts free of charge for maintenance; After the warranty period, we can supply the required spare parts for you under cost prices

Power generator use of safety norms:
1.Operators sould be familiar with the operation of generating units, operating methods, and all control bodies, manual valves, stopping body position.
2.In the engine room or near the unit, must hoisting of danger notices warning signs associated personnel:
(1)Uints exist electric shocks danger;
(2)Uints exist scald danger;
(3)Units exist winding, and collision dangers;
3.To avoid fuel, lubricants, and other fire, engine room No smoking.
4.Engine room or other nearest shouldmaintain an appropriate level of fire service equipment (proposed CO2 fire extinguishers).
5.Grounding the entire unit reliably, and meet the applicable requirements of neutral grounding.
6.Above and around the unit should not be unrelated equipment, obstructions and dangerous goods, should be keeping the floor dry and clean without oil.
7.Units will be run by noise, suggest that the staff wear suitable protective equipment, such as earmuffs vehicles.
8.Before any maintenance, must cut off all power lines, particularly the Dcpower supply circuit (remove the battery's anode and cathode), the warning signs must also note "is maintenance", and should have another concern, especially in the narrow region maintenance at the same time should be nitified stop all of this unit operation.
9.To the reliable operation of unit, the settings of unit voltage, frequency, speed and other related parameters and unit controller set up should not be arbitrarily changed except the specialized operators.
10.Units are valuable equipment, for personal safety, operation stability to light, no illegal operation and drink operation.
Control Systems
Standard control panel is the basic configure for normally operation and usage. The advantages of this panel are easy operation, aomprehensive function and reliable protection and so on. There are indicating gauges, lamps, transfer switches and emergency stop button, etc. The control panel wil stop the whole generator set and alarm as well when malfunction appears.
LED Automatic Control Panel is a kind of intelligent controller with LED displaying the operating mode of the controller and the running state of the generator sets. It can configure the control procedure and protection parameter of the generator set, and completely satisfied the automatic controlling requirement of the generator sets for the user or factory.
AMF Automatic Control Panel is the configuration for nobody on duty controlling generator sets. This kind of panel adopts module control system, with large LCD screen to show the menu. The module can receive output signal from ATS and realize automatic start and stop the generator set.
ATS(Fully Automatic) is the standard configure of emergent power system. It detects the voltage and frequency of main power timely. While there is something wrong, such as high voltage, low voltage, phase missing, electricity cutting off, etc., it will signal to start the generator set automatically;
While main power resumes balanced, it controls the generator set to shut down after cooled.
