We are one of the leading factory in china. Our group, Double Dove, is Top 50 comapny in China in 2008. We are big company and very care of quality. Our factory is ISO9001 certificate and audited by SGS, our genset is CE&GS certificates by TUV(Shanghai). Our engine is E-II approval for VOC.
We have 4 steps to control quality.
1. Material coming inspect.
2. We test every one eninge and every generator. We load the engine and genset to test the output with test machine. But many other factory do not have test machine, so they only can assemble the machine, packing and then ship to you. Some may be use lights to test the genset.
3. Our QC will inspect the genset in our warehouse.
What we want is to ship 100% good machine to you.
We promise:
1. You can receive your goods in time. Because our company use ERP system, so we can know each setps in produce. We also can show you the live vidoe of the product if you want. So you can watch our workers making genset for you via net.
2. Ture power: Some supplier give you specifications the genset is 2.0KVA, but once the genset run 2 hours, the output is 1.6 even 1.5 KVA.
But our genset will not. We control the output in 5--10% less when the genset after 2 hours running. Why others output power down so much? Because they not use good copper for alternator wire, even some use aluminium wire. But Wanhao's alternator is 100% good copper wire.
3. Service: You may have complains from your customers, but the factory will not reply you fast or will not solve your problem. But we can give you really service. We will give you parts and Technical Support after we confirm your report.
4. More safety design: Our enginners improve many parts of genset to make sure the genset is running in safe, . 1. The whole cover of control panal. It's protect the wire and user safety. The specifical AVR. It will no circuit when the circuit short. So it protect the genset and user. But many of other genset is without this feature. Theirs only with circuit breaker.
