30kW natural gas generator/natural gas genset/ natural gas cogeneration
Established in 1998, Camda began to engage in manufacturing and servicing diesel generator, supplying a wide range of products, such as cummins, perkins, etc. With production reaching 3000 pieces annually, Camda diesel generator includes:
Cummins: Prime power 21kw (26kVA) - 1320kw(1650kVA)
Perkins: Prime power 8kw (10kVA) - 1800kW ( 2250kVA)
For GAS GENERATOR SET, presently camda can supply natural gas and biogas genset from JENBACHER, WAUKESHA and DAEWOO. We are authorized distributor of ge gas engines in China.
Camda patented gas generator, camda H series, is developed by us based on CUMMINS engine and has been displayed at Shanghai expo 2010. Camda is the only company authorized by cummins to do the conversion. This type is sold to UK, Germany, France, Spain, Sweden, Czech, Netherlands, New Zealand, Italy, Russia, Iran, Turkey and many other countries.
Genset working condition
Ambient Temp 0° C~+40° C, Relative Humidity <90%(20° C), Altitude ≤ 1000m above sea level.
A. Natural gas
1. Adapted Gas: Natural gas,
2. Acceptable Natural gas pipeline pressure: 5~12kPa (before Pressure Regulating Valve. )
3. Gas heat value≥ 37MJ/Nm3.
B. Biogas
Acceptable biogas pipeline pressure: 5~12kPa (adjustment required for higher pressure), change ratio≤ 1kPa/min
CH4 volume content≥ 30%, adjustment ratio≤ 2%/min
Gas heat value≥ 5500kcal/Nm3 (23MJ/Nm3). Genset output power will increase as the gas heat value increase, and if low heat value gas is used (Heat value<5500kcal/Nm3), it could cause power derate.
H2S content≤ 200mg/Nm3
NH3 content≤ 20mg/Nm3

Camda also is an experienced package system supplier engaged in biogas production and power generation. We can take projects from conception to implementation, including design, project management, manufacturing, installation and commissioning. Camda's biogas power plant covers landfill, farm waste, and food waste.
Accomplished around 170 biogas power plants in China.
Investing and operating 2 landfill site (CDM project), fitted up with gas generator with power output of 10 MW.
Built up a demo project processing 10 tons/day of food waste.
