Camda Biogas Generator Set / Natural Gas Generator Set from 25KW to 200KW


Advantages of CAMDA Gas Engine

1. Adopt Cummins engine block, so the instructure is very strong. Also it is easy for customers to get maintenance spare parts.

2. Adopt advanced Hall ignition sensor and Highly capable USA Altronic ignition system, the engine ignition will be more reliable and easier to start. Besides, there is Top End Center mark on the engine, it is easy for users to adjust the top end certer when commissioning generator set.

3. Adopt UK Deepsea controller to make synchronization for generator set, all the parameters can be set in the program and can realize the remote controlling through cell phone or computer.

4. The gas inlet pressure is only 2~12kPA, so almost all city pipe gas pressure can be satisfied, not to mention biogas. So there is no need for customer to install blower to increase pressure and save cost for you.

5. Electrical Air/Gas mixer. The mixer guarantees optimum air-fuel ratio to improve efficiency and reduce NOx emission. Unique air-fuel ratio adjusting system is suitable for 30%~90% methane concentration.

6. Long designed overhaul term: 25000~30000 hours

7. Comply with CE standard, ISO9001: 2008 quality management system, ISO14001: 2004 and OHSAS 18001: 2007.


Genset working condition:

A. Acceptable working conditions
Ambient Temperature: -10 ~ +40 º C (antifreezer or preheater needed for below 0 º C)
Relative Humidity: <90% ( 20 º C )
Altitude: ≤ 1000m

B. Normal working conditions
Genset can run at rated power on the conditions:
Atmospheric Pressure: 100kPa
Ambient Temperature: 20 º C
Relative Humidity: 30%

C. Applied gas:
Natural Gas, Biogas, LPG, Landfill gas, Oil gas, Syngas, Coal mine gas

Acceptable fuel gas pressure: 5~12kPa
CH4 content: For natural gas≥ 85% CH4 content; For biogas≥ 55%
H2S content ≤ 200mg/Nm3
NH3 content ≤ 20mg/Nm3
Impurities content≤ 30mg/Nm3; Size≤ 5μ M
Water content≤ 40g/Nm3, no free water.
Gas heat value ≥ 5500kcal/Nm3 ( 23MJ/Nm3 ). ( Genset output power will increase as the gas heat value increase, if low heat value gas for fuel is used If heat value<5500kcal/Nm3, it will lower the power efficiency. Gas doesn't include free water or free materials; The size of impurities should be less than 5μ M. )
