CAMDA H Series Gas generator 20KW-200KW
Camda heat generator with CHP system, can use the cogeneration system to produce hot water or steam with high efficiency. This series gas generator can use Natural gas, Methane gas, LPG, Coal gas, CNG, Wood gas and so on.
Camda H series gas genset can use natural gas & biogas, economical, environmentally friendly, and can be used for gas power generation on restaurant rubbish, breeding field, stockfarm, and landfill, etc, and has much high quality & performance ratio.
At present, it covers the power ranger from 24KW to 200kw, with outstanding cost performance, original American products quality, but nearly the same price with domestic products, it is quite popular during our customers, especially in United Kingdom, France, Germany, Russia, Bangladesh, Colombia, Iran and other countries.
Advantages compared with other products of the same type:
1. High quality: 90% components adopts original Cummins components
2. High efficiency: 1 cubic meter standard marsh gas can generate electricity 2kwh, and the continuous power can reach 90% of the rated power.
3. Long life time: The whole genset can reach 30 years.
4. Low running cost: Oil consumption lower than 0.5g/kwh, and its time for replacing the oil is 50~100 hours, longer than general home-made gensets.
Standard working conditions
1. Genset can run for continuously at rated power on the conditions of:
Atmospheric Pressure: 100kPa, Ambient Temp: 20° C, Relative Humidity: 30%.
2. Genset can also run stably and reliably on the conditions of:
Ambient Temp-40° C~+40° C, Relative Humidity<90%(20° C), Altitude≤ 1000mabove sea level.
Fuel requirements
1. Adapted Gas: Biogas(Marsh gas/Biomass/Methane gas), Natural gas, LPG, CNG, Wood gas, Coal gas, etc.
2. AcceptableBiogaspipeline pressure: 2~12kPa
3. Gas heat value≥ 5500kcal/Nm3 (23MJ/Nm3 ). Genset output power will increase as the gas heat valueincrease, if use low heat value gas for fuel(Heat value<5500kcal/Nm3, it willl lower the power efficiency.
4. CH4 content≥ 50%.
5. Gas doesn't include free water or free materials (the size of impurities should be less than 5μ M. )
6. Sulphur content≤ 200mg/Nm3, the excessive sulphur in impurity gas should be removed.

For GAS GENERATOR, presently Camda can supply natural gas and biogas generator from GE Jenbacher, Wachesha, Daewoo. We are the most important distributor of GE Jenbacher and Wachesha in China. Our own brand gas generator, Camda H series, is developed by us in cooperation with Cummins and has been displayed at Shanghai Expo 2010. Camda gas genset is in service in UK, Russia, Italy, and many other countries, with power ratings:
Camda H series: 24kw (30kVA) - 500kw (625kw)
Daewoo: 100kw (125kVA) - 310 (387.5kVA)
Camda also is an experienced package system supplier engaged in biogas production and power generation. We can take projects from conception to implementation, including design, project management, manufacturing, installation and commissioning. Camda's biogas power plant covers landfill, farm waste, and food waste.
Accomplished around 170 biogas power plants in China.
Investing and operating 2 landfill site (CDM project), fitted up with gas generator with power output of 10 MW.
Built up a demo project processing 10 tons/day of food waste.
