JC Poly Crystalline Solar Photovoltaic Module
1. Limited Product PV module itself and its materials and corresponding fittings
We warrant the period of guarantee of the PV module itself and its materials and corresponding fittings is two years from the date of shipping. If PV module itself and its materials and corresponding fittings failed to conform this warranty during such two years, JC will, at its option, either repair or replace the PV module.
2. Limited Peak power Warranty-Limited Remedy
The warranty period for material defects and workmanship is 10years from the date of delivery. The warranty period with respect to power output continues for a total of 25 years from date of delivery. With a period of 10 years from the dates of as shown in the invoice to the customer, any PV module exhibits a power less than 90% of the Peak Power at Standard Test Conditions (STC), JC at its option, either provides the additional PV modules to the customer to make up such loss in power, or replaces the defective PV modules. With in a period of 25 years from the date of sale as shown in the invoice to the customer any PV module exhibits a power less than 80% of the Peak Power at STC as specified at the date of invoice in JC's PRODUCT INFORMATION SHEET, JC at its option, either provides the additional PV modules to the customer to make up such loss in power, or replaces the defective PV modules.
Peak Power at STC
Peak Power at STC is the power in watt peak that a PV module generates in its Maximum Power Point, STC are as follows: 1)light spectrum of AM 1.5; 2)an Irradiation of 1000W/m2; 3)a cell temperature of 25 degree at right angle irradiation. The measurements are carried out in accordance with IEC61215: 2005 as tested at the connectors per calibration.
3. Additional Item(s) Excluded from Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage does not apply when:
1) The Product is improperly installed or abused or misused
2) The Product is installed in a mobile or marine environment, subjected to improper voltage or power surges or abnormal environmental conditions (such as acid rain or other pollution),
3) The components in the construction based on which the module is mounted are defective
4) External corrosion, mold discoloration or the like occurs
