Power System
All Allied Power's ozone generators adopt high- frequency, high-voltage inverter power supply, The power system manufacture by our own, with the advantages of low comsumption, high efficiency, stability.
Ozone reaction system
Chamber:Material of chamber is Stainless steel 304, adopts advanced processing technology and CNC precision lathe with good seal performance.
Ozone generation unit: Unlike enamel tubes or traditional big quartz glass tubes, Allied Power introduces smaller quartz glass tubes, with the advantages of high concentration, less ozone output decay and don't need to replace tubes.
Corona discharge: With smaller quartz glass tubes, Allied Power's ozone generators ozone generate by double micro-gap corona discharge, chamber becomes smaller, efficiency become higher.

About Us

Allied Power has developed most efficient and reliable ozone generator with output from 10g/h to 50kg/h. Our ozone generators adopt medium dielectric barrier corona discharge (DBCD) technology, quartz glass tubes with micro-discharge chamber and SS304 tubes as dielectric medium, ensure high ozone concentration, stable operation. Not only high technology in ozone generating mechanism, we also own international patents on soft-switch power system. Our high frequency inverters power rated could over 440KW, high frequency reach 30KHZ.
Being applications in drinking water, wastewater, process water, industrial oxidation , bleaching, deodorization, waste gas treatment, space disinfection etc., our products have widely used in North America, South America, South-East Asia, Middle East and Europe.
