mashgas(Coal bed gas) is a kind of burnable gas without any color, taste and smell. It will explode if the concentration ranges at 5%-16%, and if oxygen more than 12%, it will also explode when meets the naked light or temperature between 650 degrees and 750 degrees. Explosive power will be biggest if concentration is 9.5%. It will not explode if concentration more than 16%. It was generated by coal or rotten plants and exists in two states: absorbing and dissociate. China is the third biggest mashgas reserves country. Generation with mashgas not only keep the mine safe also remit the situation of lacking power.

Worksite requirements
The worksite needs to meet following basic requirements:
a) Ambient temperature between -40ºC~40ºC;
b) Relative humidity less than 95%(35ºC);
c) Site elevation not higher than 2500m;
d) For outdoor installation, simple rain shelter is required.
Gas requirements:
The coal gas must be purified before burning in engine:
1. Gas temperature≤ Local temperature + 15º C(≤ 40º C is better)
2. Gas Pressure can be adjusted from 5-20 kPa, the changing pressure rate ≤ 1kPa/min.
3. Use low-sulfur coal, one set sulfur scrubber is necessary (H2S≤ 200mg/Nm3)
4. If the CH4 covers less than 30%, the total content of CH4 and O2 should not less than 28%, the content of O2 should not less than 16%.
5. Tar and Particulate matter≤ 50mg/Nm3.
6. Diameter of Particulate matter≤ 5μ M, particulate content≤ 30mg/Nm3.
7. Moisture content≤ 40g/Nm3
8. Heat Value of coal gas: ≥ 4.2Mj/ Nm3
Ignition system:We adopt ignition system of magneto which produced by American ALTRONIC company,including:magneto,high-tension coil,sparking plug.
Starting system: DC24V electric motor,12v190 adopt ST710 of direct-current.
Pressure charging system:Pulse Mixed-flow supercharger, compression ratio is 1:8,meet engine's requirement for gas-flow rate.
Speed regulating system:EGS gas controller of American WOODWARD Company.
Scope of application:Biogas generator set is widely used in the many area where can generate biogas,like rubbish landfill,livestock excrement disposal,industrial organism disposal.

1. How to choose the right model?
A: It depends on real output power, Voltage, Frequency and gas type.
2. What is the oil consumption and capacity per hour?
A: 1.0-1.63g of lubricant oil consumption per hour. 1.0 Cubic meter gas can produce 1.5-3.0kw/h power. The capacity depends on gas energy. E.g 1.0 Cubic meter natural gas produce about 3.0kw/h
3.What is the overhaul?
A: About 30000 working hours. A week is enough to finish.
4. What is the warranty?
A: 1 year. Inside this 1 year, we offer all spare parts free of charge. After this period, spare parts are not free. But, a set of spare parts will be shipped together with machine free.
5. How is the service?
A: We offer installation,repair and maintain service abroad. And online guide service if needed anytime. Our before-sale, in-sale and after-sale service are all trustable, you can name it.
