1. Main composition of biomass gas:
 
After being gasified, the basis of gas is CO(20%), H2(9%), CH4(12%),CO2(12%), N2(52%), The lower heating value is 5-6 MJ/Nm3.
Efficiency of gasification:1 kg dried material can generate 2 Nm3 gas, conversation rate is more than 85%. 1 kg dry material can generate 1 kw.h power.

2. Biomass generator working principle:   

1) Condition: Change biomass into biomass gas by biomass gasifier 
2) Gas mix with air outside of engine's cylinders 
3) Mixed gas into cylinder and explode inside of cylinders to change gas energy into power force
4) Power force drive alternator to generator electric power 
5) Water circules form water tank to engine to bring the engine heat 
6) Optional device of CHP, silent canopy and mobilable trailer. 
7) Control panel system control all operation
