1, we shouldn’t confuse the relation of KVA and KW. Sellers usually regard KVA as the overstatement of KW, and sell it to customers, actually, KVA is apparent power, and KW is efficient power, the equation is KVA=0.8*KW, generally, import generator group is using KVA as unit of power, but for domestic device, we use KW as a unit, so when we are calculating power, we should make 80% discount of KVA.
2, make a confusion between rated power and back-up power, when selling generators, seller only say “power”, and mistake back-up power for rated power on purpose, and sell it to customers. Actually, in generator machinery, we define that the power of diesel generator is larger than power of generator, because of the energy-consumption during the process. If seller sells it to customers for mistake, it will severely lower the life if machine group and bring high maintenance.
3, renew second-hand generator and sell it to customers, so when we buy it, we should caution and buy new one.
4, only tell the band of diesel generator, and do not tell customers the production place and the band of machine group, such as Sweden’s Volvo, Britain’s Stanford and so on, actually, any diesel generator group can not be fulfilled by one company, so customers should know the band and manufacturer of diesel generator.
5, do not talk about the band of diesel generator and generator, only talk about the price, that is absurd, which we should forbid.
6, do not talk about the condition of assembly, actually they are very important, which should be pointed in contract.
