Tips for buying single-phase electric motor
Electric motor is widely used in our daily life, without electric motor, we can barely live for months. People are becoming more and more dependent on using all kinds of electric motor to make our life easier and convenient.
Today we are going to talk about how to buy an agricultural single- phase electric motor. Agriculture is the foundation of Gross Domestic Product, in today’s China, there is still sixty percent of people farmers, so how to improve the yield of wheat, rice and all kinds of vegetable is an important and urgent problem which should be solved as soon as possible.
There are two tips for buying single-phase electric motor, firstly, we should choose the single-phase electric motor according to the spindle speed of agricultural machine. Generally, when the spindle speed of agricultural machine is high, we should consider buy double-stage single-phase electric motor, on the contrary, we should buy four-stage ones. Those high spindle speed machine, such as grind machine, centrifugal machine, seal machine and so on, we should choose two-stage single phase electric motor for it, and those machine which has low spindle speed such as squeezing machine, package machine, we should choose four-stage single phase electric motor for it.
Secondly, we should ensure the power of electric motor according its working load, for those machines which are engaged in machining of bean milk and machining of almond, we should choose single-phase electric motor whose power is between 800and 1100 W, we should consider buying double capacitance single-phase electric motor whose power is between 1500 and 2200W for machines which are engaged in grinding flour machine and squeezing oil machine, and so on. In order to realize various functions and exert the efficiency of agricultural machine, we should choose four-stage double capacitance motor whose power is 2200W; choose the electric motors which have good reputation and high quality; buy motors according to the rated current and current which circuit wire can take, the rated current on electric nameplate should be lower than rated current on board and circuit carrying current, if it is higher, then we can replace bigger electric board and thick wire; contact with agricultural machine manufacturer and ask them whether they can change for a new one.
